Include text in the first paragraph that says the space is versatile. This explains why the testimonials are from client that have used it for different purposes and allows you to use testimonials that speak to how versatile the space is as well. That's one of the strengths of the loft - always has been. I would really emphasize that with at least a line or two added to that opening paragraph.
