LexPark Studio is a full-service Creative Research Space and Focus Group Facility with flexible conference room capability in the Flatiron district of NYC.
We are unique in that we can accommodate creative research project requirements, offering the latest solutions and diverse furniture configurations ranging from IDIs/FGs, brainstorms/workshops, concept testing, breakouts, mock-juries, TV/film test screenings, living room and conference tables (website usability labs).

LexPark has the capabilities to supply a relaxed idea-inspiring environment and a unique customized research solution to a variety of typical and atypical complex qualitative issues including for example: Ideation, branding, hybridized improvisational procedures, modified Delphi approaches, qualitative research based on archetypes and more. LexPark has complimented existing techniques with new creative concepts experimenting with behavioral indicators such as setting the mood throughout the facility with sets, props, displays and uniforms. LexPark’s large charming main research area can be easily partitioned and offers all standard amenities including shelf space for boards and stimuli, subdued lighting, Wi-Fi connectivity, hidden cameras, surround sound, web-conferencing and a website-usability lab. We also have the ability to upload jpegs or video to our ftp in advance for projection on two 6+ foot screens as your respondents are led in to set the mood; an additional 10+ foot screen is reserved for your presentation.
Our tall ceilings, natural light and blackout curtains allow for limitless possibilities to create your concept. The mezzanine viewing room with live video feed and picture in picture overlooking the main space allows one to assess body language from a truly unique perspective.
